This is a 12 week intensive weight loss program where you receive weekly modules/videos with accompanying worksheets, meal plans, and conference calls. You have selected the Silver Program, which is an online program, where you receive your weekly materials, with a weekly group conference call, daily motivational emails, and one-on-one personal coaching sessions monthly (60 minutes each), for a total of 3 sessions.
