Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve on.

MY STORY

I am a physician and health coach with a masters degree in public health. I received my medical degree from NY Medical College and have been serving the Brooklyn, NY area for amost two decades. I received my masters degree from SUNY Downstate School of Public Health. I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, and your motivation, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

I am passionate about eradicating nutritional suicide one person at a time. What does this mean exactly?

I believe that we are killing ourselves with many of the foods we eat. Sounds harsh, I know, but ask yourself if it could it be true in your case.

Due to food processing and handling, and the presence of toxins in our environment, it may not be so easy to answer this question.

There is a connection between great health and our food and lifestyle choices. I hope to inspire you to take charge of your health by helping you to develop a wellness program that is designed specifically for your needs, easy to follow, fun, and results driven.
